In this message, Simon teaches from Mattew 5:27-37.

As Jesus moves through more areas of ‘letter of law-keeping’ v ‘spirit of law-keeping’, he takes fuller aim at the Pharisees (and us too) as he unpacks a law response to adultery, divorce and oaths, versus a holy response that reflects God’s heart for unity and reconciliation that is always covered by God’s righteousness in Jesus, and fuelled by this aggressive forgiveness we call grace.
