Week 4: Taking back ground – The Meek.

The enemy comes to rob, kill and destroy, but Jesus declares that he has come that we would have life and have it more abundantly. We can’t receive newness in Christ or have restored what was stolen from us though if our arms are full arrogantly carrying the baggage of the old things.

“Blessed are the teachable, for they shall take back the ground that the devil stole from them” is part of the heart of the third beatitude.
